The goal of healing is to restore wholeness through harmony and balance. Works and helps the emotional, mental, and physical body. Non-invasive energy healing modalities. Re-energises and promotes wellbeing. Brings a sense of peace and relaxation. Release of trauma held within the body. Healing promotes cellular rejuvenation. Enhances medical treatment outcomes and any holistic health treatment outcomes. Helps with anxiety, stress, depression and fatigue. Brings mental clarity, peace and spiritual awareness. I usually read the energy body and energy centres using a pendulum which gives an indication of what is happening with the person and has been shown to be accurate. My hands work on the body and above the body using different techniques. I play ambient soothing music in the background and an organic herbal warm tea to finish off with.

Oil massages that are deeply relaxing and soothing which is very nurturing and to ease stress away. I use Swedish and neuromuscular techniques to relieve muscle tension. You can choose either relaxation or firm massage. I play soothing, ambient music in the background and offer an organic herbal warm tea to finish off with.

Body Exfoliation
Uplifting, purifying, and cleansing, it is a full body exfoliation that helps the body get rid of dead skin cells leaving skin cleaner and softer. Using a body scrub and sea salt, followed by an application of a hydrating body lotion. A warm organic herbal tea to finish with and I recommend to drink more water the next day.

Ego State Therapy
Ego State Therapy is a parts therapy, that is the personality is composed of a group of parts called ego states, and we all have them. Example one may feel compassionate towards others, while another state may not trust or like other people. The ego state that is out is the executive state and then there are the underlying states. Gaining access, that is working with the particular ego state “where the problem is’’ is an excellent method of facilitating change where it needs to happen.
